2. Assistant Professor & Head of the Department, Department of Neurology, St.John’s Medical College Hospital, Bangalore from September 1990 to November 1992.

3. Assistant Professor & Head, Department of Neurology, Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences, Tirupati from November 1992 to April 1997.

4. Associate Professor & Head, Department of Neurology, Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences,  Tirupati from April 1997 to January 1998.

5.  Additional Professor & Head, Department of Neurology, Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences,  Tirupati from February 1998 to March  2002.
